Update
Have updated my poster design slightly, adding a brief caption underneath, adding some dirt to his clothing and altering the contrast levels a bit more.
By looking at this version its great the extra bit of type helps, the clean, crisp style i like, not sure how u can improve more sorry its effective as it is in my opinion.
