Made those changes i do think it looks better thanks :) anything else which may improve??

Maybe it's enough to just have recycle for strapline?
or....just the symbole of recycling?
this is a big improvement! :-D Looks loads better, the only thing i'd say is maybe make the word Recycle more prominent seeing as that is what the whole poster is about, maybe just make it bigger or move it to a different place? ^-^
i agree, it looks much better :) and i also think you should make the word recycle bigger or use the recycle symbol instead like ingrid said. also i'd make the top of the can in the middle of the wheel a bit bigger
