Saving the environment/reducing Carbon footprint

Here are a number of ideas that have progressed from my initial thumbnails, The first pic, being my strongest design IMO, The quote has been taken from a magazine though so I am not sure where that stands with copyright etc. I also realise that some of the fonts need re-working.

The idea for the first image is focused in on pollution, whereas the other 3 are quite generalised ideas. Using the globe as a football in images 2 and 3 I was aiming to attract a younger male target audience.

Any advice is appreciated, Thanks

I like the first and second ones. With the first one I'd suggest maybe making the photo look more polaroid like (i'm assuming thats what it's supposed to look like?) by flipping it so the wider white edge is at the bottom and adding some texture maybe? i think the quotes good it's just it might be a bit long? i'm not sure. I think the second one is good and I like the idea of using the football it's just i dunno if it gives the right message? if you use it i'd suggest getting rid of the exclamation from the end of the quote cause i don't think it'd needed

number one is the same idea as mine..! I like poster number 3, and the idea of using a football. I would make the picture slowly be a part of the earth, and not a picture on top of it, if you know what i mean? :) good strapline and easy to understand

I think that the 1st image with the gas-masks is really strong. I would try to find a humorous kind of strapline. It almost looks ironic...

I prefer the first one too, like Ioulios, but it is it Lotte's idea!
I'm just wondering if you compiled that image yourself? Because to me, it looks like the image has been taken from someone else, unless it's really well photoshopped.
The idea of your everyday couple protecting themselves with gas masks has an awesome irony though!

As for the football one, I'm not sure if I'd relate a global issue to football. I know it is the world's most popular sport, however in America, football is very different to what it is over here.

Hope this is of assistance

i think the football one is better as it is an well know sport therefore would appeal to more people, i like the caption on the top one, but the aire looks clean maybe a different colour

Thanks for the comments,

The idea for design 1 came from the quote shown in the poster, that i found in my early research. I felt that it was such a strong quote that i should try to do something with it and felt that focusing on the air pollution part of the quote would give more impact than if i had focused from an undeveloped country.

The 2nd and 3rd designs are two that I think I am going to progress with. My thinking behind these was that by using a world renowned sport, you could attract people to the poster that otherwise wouldn't maybe think twice about looking at this type of poster.
