Need comments please... The small paragraph says that police officers are part of the same crowd psychology as any other group, but their responsibility is to prevent violent conflict. They are also provided with deadly weapons, and so have a special responsibility to keep their fear, unger, and similar emotions under control..

This is a really good issue to raise - something that's not brought up enough, because everyone is supposed to praise their police force, when really they can be quite negligent at what they do.
I like the quote 'Violence brings Violence'. It's kind of a 'two wrongs don't make a right' message. I'm not sure it needs any other text on there. If you could make the image of the SWAT Police fella more impactful, maybe stretching the full width of the poster, or centrally it would be a lot more eye catching.
Also I think the blood has been too overused - I like the idea of broken bottles or molotov bombs being used - something associated with a riot.
