Here is my design after having feedback in the lectures, I was advised to add some cracked glass effect which would link to a car crashing (windscreen). I feel the design has enough now to express my issue, feedback would be appreciated.

I like this idea, its powerful! ^-^ I think the typeface could be improved maybe, so it looks a bit more sophisticated? And the overall quality of the image is a bit blurry, the hand especially, could that be sharpened up?
I like the collage like idea you've bought into the glass - it really lifts your idea!
I do however think you need to make the crash more prominent, and I agree with Amy - it needs a better typeface!
Something that lends itself well to capital letters?
The background is a little too complex and the imagery needs some 'tweaking' or finesse.
I agree with Matt in that the impact of a crash and the immediate aftermath are powerful.
What about clearer/more shatter damage and the hand holding the glass cut by it and bleeding?
