This is my final design for my poster. i think i got it right this time. the oil is more noticeable an i change background image so the oil stands out more. if anyone has any other suggestions please let me know

Much better Paul - it's much more obvious it's blood to oil.
I personally would still have the text on there, only in light capitals, but it is up to you, and your idea is strong enough already.
