Right from what i think u should inculed a homeless person in the image so its more clear that it is a homless poster, maybe add a person sat on the street

yea,i was thinking the same thing actually,but not sure about it,becasue as long as i put it ,will looks fake.
donno how to make it more natural.
Really like the bottom one but think that your sign needs to be better integrated into the image of the subway (?) - darker, shadow etc. This subway image could also be more foreboding - less trees (?).
